The ROAD OF SKILLS is an on-line educational solution created for the development of the future professional – the future that is now. We offer an individualized learning experience that brings similar challenges as those faced in every company, allowing professionals of various profiles to reach their maximum potential.

01 DIAGNOSIS

Identifying gaps with
artificial intelligence

In order to check the skills that need to be developed in your team, we have built a robust tool of skills diagnosis in partnership with IBM Watson: Assessment FRST. Using artificial intelligence, we are able to identify the development gaps of each and every individual of your team and offer them a custom path, from a specific department to the entire company.

The ASSESSMENT FRST

The concept of lifelong learning serves as the the basis for this tool, whose intention is not only to diagnose, but to track the skills development of your team. Therefore, every user will take Assessment FRST at the beginning and end of the program – making it possible to evaluate the evolution of skills through the journey, in addition to other development opportunities.

02 SELECTING THE CONTENT

Individualized
learning paths

Through the main skill gaps found via Assessment FRST, intelligent learning paths are personalized for each user. Every path has a duration of 4 months and it is composed of 3 content modules and a deep FRST Falconi methodology.

03 DESENVOLVER AS COMPETÊNCIAS

Problem-based learning;
Project learning

By dedicating around 3 hours per-week, the participant will dive into concepts through lessons (presented by subject matter experts), interactive whitepapers, quizzes and podcasts.

At the same time, participants will apply their learning takeaways to case studies that simulate the challenges present within their own companies, as well as real projects that transform the learnings into a tactical plan for the business.

The user will receive a FRST badge for each module completed. The “Badge Master” is earned by finishing an individual’s learning path – or completion of all three modules.

04 MEASUREMENT

Reports & Analytics

Learning results can be supervised by managers and the company’s Human resource representatives. Reports regarding team evolution on the concepts, commitment and project quality are also available functions.

FRST
Certification

After finishing the ROAD OF SKILLS program, it is possible to apply for FRST Certification. To obtain this acknowledgement, the user needs to apply one of the projects developed during the program and measure the results in his company. The FRST Falconi team and the company will validate the quality of the project together.

overview

A step-by-step overview of how each user’s experience will be during the program.

The company signs up their leaders to the ROAD OF SKILLS program. Each user initiates the program by doing the FRST Assessment.

The FRST Assessment suggests an individualized learning path for each user, with three content modules. Each module has 5 weeks of content.

User initiates the first module, using available resources – including weekly webinars to reinforce the content and clarify doubts.

Problem-based learning: a case study and a final project are done during the first module.

A discussion to review the final project with a FRST Specialist, via webinar, marks the end of first module.

The second module is unlocked for the user and follows the same activity dynamics as the first module. Once concluded, the third module is made available.

User concludes all the activities from the third (and last) module within the 5-week deadline.

User takes the FRST Assessment again to measure improvements in the skills worked on and to discover new development opportunities.

ROAD OF SKILLS program is successfully completed. User receives his seal of approval.

User has the opportunity to apply for FRST Certification.

The FRST Falconi App allows access to the classroom, navigation through different contents, in addition to delivering notifications about the main activities, webinar dates, peer-to-peer assessment and project deliveries.
